Because we only put extension on the adult hair that can last around 1 month.

Its depends on your hair cycle and life style as well, because eyelash has hair cycle also and fall off like our head hair.

Actually at around 2 to 3 months our hair lashes fall off and get replaced by the new hair and grow around 1 month.

So, its impossible to keep Eyelash extension for that period of time because of hair cycle.
